Today in Part 3 of my beginner’s guide to job evaluation  I want to explain the process of preparing job profiles.

These are not to be full job descriptions. Those would be necessary when an analytical, points based system is being installed, to cover a wide range and number of jobs.

No, we are dealing here with job ranking, a simple process dealing with relatively few, straightforward jobs.
