Raised in the deep South pine forests in an antebellum home, the youngest of three children. In a blissfully happy marriage married to Les Berry Sr, she has been the custodial mom and step mom in a blended family for over a decade. While a wife and mom first always, she’s committed her life to help cultivate great projects that grow and empower people!
Sweetie’s background in learner behaviors and love for writing combine to provide entrepreneurs and creatives effective support systems for their projects. Beyond writing, she is a creative marketing strategist. She is known for her out of the box successful sales and product marketing. she has worked with start ups as well as projects that received a multi million dollar bank evaluation within eight months of its launch. If a client requires content media production, web development, or implementation of product delivery tools, her team will develop the product as well as the e commerce and marketing components for implementation.
The most likely victim of her active schedule weekly is the ever growing Mt. Washmore or its companion tourist site the Dirty Dishes Mountain Chain, located in her hot pink kitchen. When she’s not in the office, on location, or homeschooling, you can find Sweetie and her DH together bumming around, the Botanical Gardens in Huntsville, or out shopping for great bargains. She’s known to joyfully squeal when an amazing bargain is found and while highly organized, she has absolutely.no.sense.of.direction. Her husband, a Department of Defense administrator, has indeed had calls to the war zone so he could find her via gps as she travels.
Her business, She’s So There, began as a blog name and simply grew into her full time work as a creative strategist, wordsmith, and educator.
Sweetie loves to say “God is God…and the long and short of it…. is I am not.”
